Ordered a pair of timberland boots online and £85 was taken out of my account straight away, boots came next day not an issue but then noticed another £85 had been taken from my account just after I received the boots ! Emailed 5 times now and still no response ! Useless customer service! Will not order again and advise others not to do so !

I was wary of the negative reviews for the company on here but after receiving my item in amazing condition (with very detailed tracking info), having no problems with payment and it coming within 48hrs - i have no choice but to stan soletrader! I also recieved The Trusted Shops Team guarantee for my order meaning my order would be covered! Highly recommend.

Paid £110 for a pair of Barbour Boots and after 5 weeks the sole has come away at the heel. No major issue, these things happen. I get intouch with customer services who tell me that I should be taking them back to the store really but if i want I can pay tracked delivery to return them for a refund,, oh and they wont pay for the return. I dont want a refund because the boots are now more expensive than I paid, so I ask for a simple exchange. This is the good bit 'our DISTRIBUTION centre is unable to send out an exchange' ... what exactly to the do then ? where do the goods come from if ordered online. I have now been told to keep the boots until the shop opens. Oh great that will be the summer when I wont want to wear these boots...... Should be called customer NO service....

Got my shoes £20 cheaper than in the other shop. Quick delivery.

Reading the reviews put me off but I decided to risk it and order because the product I wanted was such a good price and I can honestly say I have no regrets! Everything went through smoothly with no issues and I got my item within the next 2 days of ordering - very happy!

Free next-day delivery and the shoes are great at a fantastic price.

Very bad website, I ordered a pair of shoes but I received the wrong pair of shoes... I had send 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago multiple emails but I get no reaction from soletrader. Don't buy from this website soletrader is a joke

We bought a pair of boots which when they arrived had a fault so we contacted soletrader and the said send them back by collect + we done thisWe then received an email telling us we had sent the wrong shoes ( which we did not ) somebody had taken the boots out and swapped them for a pair of shoesWe have tried to communicate but they a refusing to speak to us. There customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

Since 9 days there’s no answer from them after sending me dirty and used shoes. There’s no customer service, no response. They’re dodgy. I tried contact with them via social media but they deleted my comments and stop answering. Be aware and don’t order from them. It’s many website selling shoes new, clean, original and in good prices. Here your paying for used stuff and getting crazy after ignoring your complaints. Save money and nervous. I hope karma gonna catch them for the swindles there doing

I bought a pair of boots from here 9 months ago and was disappointed when the zip broke. I emailed Soletrader to ask about their policy for replacements and was told that I could return the boots for a £3 fee which would be refunded once the boots were checked and confirmed as faulty.It was easy enough to arrange the return and I was able to send them back via a local shop. Once received by Soletrader they confirmed they were faulty and explained they didn't have a replacement in stock but they would provide a full refund and they refunded the return fee too.I also have to say that their customer service team were great, particularly Rayne, who answered all my queries promptly and professionally.Overall, although it was disappointing that the boots developed a fault, these things happen and they dealt with it brilliantly. I would definitely buy from here again.

Delivery time is good, however I returned goods due to sizing and a faulty pair (for exchange). Customer service is non existent via phone or email. I did get a response once I opened a case via PayPal. Told they couldn't send replacements due to no stock (total lie as I re orded straight away) and to expect a refund in 2/3 days. No mention of return postage cost!!

ZERO Stars.I made an order for some wellies and was super excited to see they had in my size and stock. The following week i had no notification of shipment/ tracking etc. It was impossible to speak with anyone as it just went to an automated person sayin gi had to to email or live chat. I then left a message asking to be called and was emailed instead to say that the item was out of stock. No one had reached out to tell me, i had to chase, and even then they messaged me rather than calling despite my request. Though the email stated i would be refunded, i still have no receipt showing this and the funds are still showing as payment taken. Sadly won't be using them again.
